Twilio & Telnyx Integration

Important Note: Your HiFive subscription includes complimentary SMS sending with our shared numbers. Opt for Twilio or Telnyx integration as an optional service if you prefer using your own numbers for a more personalized touch.

If you are sending SMS to United States numbers, your number must have an approved 🔗registered 10DLC campaign. 10DLC registration is not required when sending from our pool of numbers. Learn more

Review your 🔗Messaging Geographic Permissions in the Twilio Console and enable the desired countries or regions for SMS. Learn more

Connect Your Phone Numbers for SMS Review Requests

This feature is ideal for those who prefer using their own messaging provider for sending SMS review requests.

Twilio Integration Steps:

1. Navigate to "Settings" >> "SMS Service" >> "Twilio" in HiFive.

2. Enter your Twilio "Account SID" and "Auth Token" (available on the Twilio console homepage).

3. Select the phone number from the dropdown menu.

4. Click "Save" to activate the service.

Once activated, all SMS sent will utilize the Twilio Messaging service.

Telnyx Integration Steps:

1. Navigate to "Settings" >> "SMS Service" >> "Telnyx" in HiFive.

2. Enter your Telnyx "API Key" (available on the Telnyx console homepage).

3. Select the phone number from the dropdown menu.

4. Click "Save" to activate the service.

Once activated, all SMS sent will utilize the Telnyx Messaging service.

Telnyx, as a US carrier, typically approves 10DLC campaigns faster than Twilio, often within 24 hours. This quicker approval time is why we recommend Telnyx.
