Navigate to "Settings" >> "SMS Service" >> "Twilio" in HiFive.
Enter your Twilio "Account SID" and "Auth Token" (available on the Twilio console homepage).
Select the phone number from the dropdown menu.
Click "Save" to activate the service.
Once activated, all SMS sent will utilize the Twilio Messaging service.
