Integrations Explained

Integrate the platforms where you receive or want to receive reviews. Google reviews come in by themselves: HiFiveStar reads your public Google listing once a day. To reply to Google reviews from inside HiFiveStar, connect each location on the Google card's Login Access tab with the Google account that manages your Business Profile. The Facebook login switches on once Meta approves HiFiveStar's app. For the other platforms, enter your page link. Reviews from Tripadvisor (hotels, restaurants and attractions), Thumbtack, Indeed, Glassdoor, Yelp, Zillow and HomeAdvisor are imported automatically. For every other site, the link puts that site on your review page, but its reviews are not imported yet. We don’t import all the reviews but the most recent ones.

Along with these platforms, a Custom Integration lets you add any review site with a Custom Name and a Custom Link. It puts that site on your review page; its reviews are not imported.
