Integrating your Facebook reviews into your HiFiveStar platform streamlines how you manage your online reputation. Any Business Owner can now connect their Facebook Page in Settings › Integrations, and from then on HiFiveStar checks the Page for new reviews every hour and brings them into the Reviews inbox. Your Facebook reviews from before September 23, 2026 stay in your dashboard, and your review page already sends customers to your Facebook Page. To reply to a Facebook review, use Write it for me or AI Reply to draft your response, then use Copy reply to copy it and Open on Facebook to open the review on Facebook and paste it manually.

How to integrate Facebook Reviews with HiFiveStar:
Login to your HiFiveStar account
On the left sidebar, Navigate to "Settings" >> "Integrations"
Click "Integrate" on the Facebook card.
Connect your Facebook Page. HiFiveStar's Facebook integration is live — once connected, your Facebook reviews will appear in your Reviews inbox.
