Your Google reviews come into HiFiveStar by themselves. Once a day, HiFiveStar reads each location's public Google listing and adds its new reviews to your Reviews page. You don't need to sign in to Google for this.
Link a location's Google listing
Log in to HiFiveStar and go to Settings > Integrations.
On the Google card, click Integrate (it reads Edit when a listing is already linked). Choose Public Access.
Click Enter a location, type your business name and pick your listing. If it doesn't show up, choose Can't find it? Paste your Google review link.
Click Integrate. New reviews start appearing within a day.
Replying to Google reviews
To reply from inside HiFiveStar, the business owner connects each location with its Google login. You only do this once:
In Settings > Integrations, click Integrate on the Google card (it reads Edit when a listing is already linked). The window opens on Login Access.
Click Log in with Google and sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile. Allow every permission Google asks for.
Back in HiFiveStar, choose your business under Select Location and click Save. Only listings verified on Google can be chosen.
Then press Reply on a Google review, write your reply or let AI Reply draft one (Core and up), and click Send. HiFiveStar posts it on your Google listing.
Your Google account lists this connection as Reviews Connected. To remove it, open the same window and click Disconnect.
If a location isn't connected yet, press Reply on a Google review in HiFiveStar. Write your reply, or let AI Reply draft one (Core and up), click Copy reply, then Open on Google and paste it there.

Do I need to own the Google listing?
Not for reviews to come in, because HiFiveStar reads the public listing. To reply, from HiFiveStar or on Google, you need the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
Is Google Business Profile the same as Google My Business?
Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile.
