Integrating DealerRater with HiFiveStar

Adding your DealerRater link puts DealerRater on your HiFiveStar review page, so customers can go there to leave a review. HiFiveStar does not import DealerRater reviews yet.

How to integrate DealerRater

Follow these simple steps to add your DealerRater profile.

1. Log in to your HiFiveStar account.

2. Under Settings, select 'Integrations'.

   

3. Use the search bar to find DealerRater.

4. Select 'Integrate' on the DealerRater card.

5. Paste the URL of your DealerRater business page (e.g., https://www.dealerrater.com/dealer/your-business-name/) into the field.

   

6. Select 'Integrate DealerRater' to finish the integration process.

Once connected, DealerRater appears on your review page. New DealerRater reviews do not show up in your dashboard, because HiFiveStar does not import them yet.

Make sure the URL you provide is the public-facing link to your dealership's profile, so customers land on your page.

Caution: If the DealerRater website displays a 404 error or fails to load, try using a VPN to access the site. Some regions or network configurations may face access restrictions that a VPN can resolve.

Best Use Case

The DealerRater integration is most effective for automotive dealerships looking to build high-trust social proof. Since DealerRater is a niche platform specific to the auto industry, sending happy customers there helps you demonstrate specialized expertise that general review sites might miss.
