Curate for Quality
: Only enable video testimonials if you have active, high-quality submissions. Seeing an empty video submission prompt can sometimes deter customers who prefer quick text entries.
Sync with Automation
: Use the HiFiveStar automation settings to request video reviews only after a customer has already provided a high star rating. This ensures your video wall stays populated with positive content.
Balance the Layout
: If you are showing video testimonials, try to limit the total number of other review site icons to three or four. This keeps the interface clean and focuses the customer's attention on the most impactful feedback.
Monitor Video Length
: Encourage customers to keep videos brief. Short, punchy testimonials often perform better on the Review Link page than long-form explanations.
