Integrating a custom website or a review platform not currently listed in our pre-built integrations allows you to centralize all your feedback within HiFiveStar. This ensures you can monitor and manage your reputation across the web from a single dashboard.
Follow these steps to manually connect any review platform or website to your existing dashboard.
Log in to the HiFiveStar account.
Select 'Settings' and then 'Integrations'.
Locate the Custom Integration section.
Select 'Integrate' to begin the setup.
Enter the Website URL of the platform to be tracked.
Provide the Platform Name for internal identification.
Select 'Save' or follow the remaining on-screen instructions to finalize the connection.
Once added, HiFiveStar will begin pulling reviews from the specified source, allowing for management alongside other integrated platforms.
While custom integrations are a powerful way to expand your reach, they function differently than our native, pre-built apps:
No Auto-Population: Unlike native integrations (like Google or Facebook), custom integrations do not automatically pull in historical reviews from the external site.
Review Collection Focus: This feature is primarily designed to facilitate review collection. When you share your QR code or send SMS/Email requests, the custom platform will appear as an option for your customers to leave a review.
Review Filtering: You can still utilize HiFiveStar's filtering settings to ensure only positive experiences are directed to your custom review link.
