Adding your Airbnb listing puts Airbnb on your HiFiveStar review page, so guests can go there to leave a review. HiFiveStar does not import Airbnb reviews yet.

Follow these simple actions to add your property listing.
Open the HiFiveStar login page and provide your account credentials. This opens the main business overview where you manage your locations.
Look for the 'Settings' option in the main navigation area. Selecting this opens the configuration tools for your specific business profile.
Inside the settings area, locate the 'Integrations' section. This tab displays all available third-party platforms compatible with the software.
Scroll through the list of service providers or use the search tool to find Airbnb. Typing the name into the search bar is the fastest way to highlight the correct option.
Choose the 'Integrate' button next to the Airbnb icon. A text box will appear asking for the web address of your specific Airbnb listing.
Paste your public Airbnb listing link into the designated field. To complete the process, select the button labeled 'Integrate Airbnb'.
Once the setup is finished, Airbnb appears on your review page. New Airbnb reviews do not show up in your dashboard, because HiFiveStar does not import them yet.
Set Up Automation: On the Pro plan, the Automate tab can send review requests automatically when a connected app (such as Zapier or your own booking software) passes a guest to HiFiveStar.
Create Review Widgets: Use Widgets to display the reviews in your HiFiveStar dashboard on your website. New Airbnb reviews are not imported yet.
Link format: Use your listing link (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/...) or your profile link (https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/...), as the Integrate Airbnb window shows.
Listing Not Public: Ensure your Airbnb listing is set to "Public" and is not currently snoozed or unlisted, so guests can open it from your review page.
