# Expedia Integration

Learn how to integrate your Expedia profile to HiFiveStar

## Boosting Your Travel Reputation: Adding Expedia to HiFiveStar

In the hospitality and travel industry, your guest reviews are your most valuable currency. By adding your Expedia link to HiFiveStar, Expedia appears on your review page, so guests can go there to leave a review. HiFiveStar does not import Expedia reviews yet.

This helps you turn happy guests into more Expedia reviews.

> **Success:** **Tip: Use the Desktop URL** For the most reliable connection, open your business page on a desktop browser and copy the URL from the address bar. Mobile app links can sometimes contain extra tracking code.

### Integration Steps

1.  Sign in to your **HiFiveStar** account using your administrator credentials to reach your main overview.

2.  On the main dashboard panel menu, find and click on the **'Settings'** option.
    
3.  Under the Settings area, select the **'Integrations'** tab from the sub-menu to view all available review platforms.
    
4.  Scroll through the list of partners or use the search bar at the top of the Integrations page to locate **Expedia**.
    
5.  Click the **Integrate** button. A field will appear asking for your public business link. Copy your business profile URL directly from **Expedia.com** and paste it here.

6.  Click 'Integrate Expedia'. HiFiveStar saves the link and adds Expedia to your review page.
    

> **Warning:** **Verify the URL Format:** Ensure the link looks like a standard property page (e.g., `expedia.com/City-Hotels-Your-Hotel-Name.h12345.Hotel-Information`).

**Can I respond to Expedia reviews directly from HiFiveStar?**

No. HiFiveStar does not import Expedia reviews yet. Reply to guests in your Expedia Partner Central account.

**Why is my review count different on HiFiveStar vs. Expedia?**

HiFiveStar does not import Expedia reviews yet, so it does not count them.

**Do I need to reconnect if I update my property details on Expedia?**

No. The link keeps working as long as your Expedia page address stays the same.
