If you don’t want to collect Video Testimonials from your customers, you can easily disable it by following these easy steps:
Login to HiFiveStar and navigate to the “Review Link” page
Click “Edit” in the Review Link preview.
Select “Positive Experience” from the dropdown.
Click the Pencil “
” icon underneath the review platform options. This will allow you to edit what review options are visible to your customers when they visit your review link.
Here you’ll see all the available review options that you can enable/disable. Go ahead and disable “Video Testimonial.”
Once disabled, click the green checkmark “
” to save your changes.
