# How to Gain Access to Your Facebook Business Page for HiFiveStar Integration

Learn how to gain access to your Facebook Business Page in just a few simple steps.

If you're connecting your Facebook Business Page to HiFiveStar, make sure you have the right access. This quick guide helps you check and fix your Page access. Once you have access, connect the Page in HiFiveStar under Settings › Integrations › Facebook. Your review page also sends customers to your Facebook Page.

### How to Gain Access to Your Facebook Business Page for HiFiveStar Integration

1.  **Log into** [**Facebook**](https://www.facebook.com/) and switch to your **Business Page**.

2.  **Click your Business Page name** at the top left of your screen.

3.  **Click Manage** at the top right.

4.  **Go to Page Access** in the left menu.

5.  **Check if your personal account is listed** under people with access.
    
    -   If your account is listed, you’re good to go! Skip to step 7.
        
    -   If not, follow the next step.

6.  **Ask someone with admin access** to [log into their account](https://www.facebook.com/) and add you. They need to:
    
    -   Go to **Manage** > **Page Access** > **Add New**, and select your account.

7.  **Accept the notification** on your Facebook account once you've been added. You're then ready to [integrate Facebook](https://help.hifivestar.com/en/articles/10-facebook-review-integration.md) with HiFiveStar. A Business Owner makes the connection.
    

### (Optional: Only if you’re still having issue with access)

8.  **If they can't add you directly**, they may need to remove you from their Business Manager account first (You may be added back to their Business Manager immediately after this process):
    
    -   Go to **Business Settings** > **People**.
        
    -   Find your account (the page you want access to), click it, and under **Pages**, click the trash icon next to the page.
        
    -   Once removed, go back to step 6 and try adding your account again.
