Boosting Your Brand on Social Media with HiFiveStar

Social media presence is key to amplifying your brand's reach and reputation. HiFiveStar’s Social Sharing feature lets you share your best reviews on Facebook and Instagram, one review at a time. Posting to a Facebook Page works once it is connected; posting to Instagram is not switched on yet: it is waiting on Meta's approval of HiFiveStar's app. Let's explore how this feature works and how you can make the most of it.

## **1) Connecting Your Accounts**

The first step in taking advantage of HiFiveStar’s Social Sharing is to connect your business’s Facebook and Instagram accounts:

-   **Simple Integration**: Connect your Facebook Page in Settings › Social Sharing. Instagram connects through the Facebook Page it is linked to, and must be a Business account. Connecting Instagram waits on Meta's approval of HiFiveStar's app.
    
-   **After Connecting**: You share each review yourself, from its card on the Reviews screen.
    

## **2) Customizing Your Post Template**

Personalize how your reviews look when shared on social media:

-   **Tailor-Made Templates**: HiFiveStar allows you to customize the template for your posts. This means you can align the design and tone with your brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    
-   **Preview and Edit**: Before sharing, you can preview how the post will look and make any necessary tweaks.
    

## **3) Sharing Reviews**

Showcasing positive customer feedback on social media is just a click away:

-   **Quick Sharing**: On the Reviews screen, public reviews with 4 or 5 stars and written words have ‘Share on social’ in their ⋯ menu (in the classic look, a ‘Share on social’ button).
    
-   **Strategic Posting**: Choose which reviews to share and when, allowing you to strategically manage your social media content and engage with your audience.
