Managing your subscriptions and keeping track of your business expenses is simple with our integrated billing system. Whether you need to file taxes or track your monthly spending, you can access your complete payment history and download all necessary documents directly from your dashboard.
Follow these steps to access and download your billing documents:Log in to your HiFiveStar account.
Log in to your HiFiveStar account.
Click 'Billing Portal'.

Enter the email address you used to sign up and click 'Send'.

Open the link sent to your email to be redirected to the secure Stripe billing portal.
In the 'Invoice History' section, click on the specific invoice date you want to view.

Select 'Download invoice' or 'Download receipt' to save the file to your computer.

Inside the Stripe portal, you can update your payment methods and billing details. Any changes made here will be reflected on all future invoices. Note that these updates do not apply retroactively to invoices that have already been issued.
The 'Invoice History' section displays the status of every transaction. If a payment is marked as "Paid," you can immediately download the receipt. If a payment is "Pending," the download option for the receipt will become available once the transaction is fully processed by your bank.
If you need to change your plan level, you can click 'Update Subscription' within the portal. This allows you to scale your services up or down based on your business needs.
