HiFiveStar is built to serve your business, and the best way for us to do that is by listening to the people who use it every day. There are two places to follow what we build and to tell us what to build next: What’s new, inside HiFiveStar, and the public HiFiveStar Product Roadmap.
In HiFiveStar, open What’s new from the menu. It has three parts:
Latest changes: everything we have added, improved or fixed, newest first, dated by the day it arrived.
What we’re working on: the few things we are building right now. They carry no dates; when one is ready, it appears under Latest changes.
Suggest an idea: tell us what you wish HiFiveStar did. Your idea comes straight to our team and helps us decide what to build next.
A dot beside What’s new in the menu means something has arrived since you last looked.
The roadmap is an interactive portal that shows the status of various feature requests and platform updates. When you visit the roadmap, you will see features categorized by their current stage of development:
Planned: Ideas we have noted and may build. Nothing on the roadmap has a date.
In Progress: Ideas we have started on. Some of these statuses are older than the current app, so to find out whether HiFiveStar does something today, check this help centre or ask us in the chat.
Completed: Requests we have marked as done.
We want HiFiveStar to be the most effective tool in your marketing stack. Using the roadmap gives you a seat at the table:
Vote for Your Favorites: You can see what other users are requesting and add your vote to the features you need most. This helps us prioritize our workload based on actual user demand.
Request New Features: If there is a tool, integration or change that would make your life easier, tap Suggest an idea in What’s new, or use the “Request a feature” button on the roadmap.
Stay Updated: What’s new in HiFiveStar lists every change on the day it arrives, so you never have to wait for an announcement.
