Manage Your HiFiveStar Subscription
Adjusting your HiFiveStar subscription is a straightforward process handled through a secure billing portal. By accessing this portal, you can seamlessly transition between different service tiers to ensure your plan always aligns with your business needs and review volume.
HiFiveStar Subscription Tier Change Walkthrough

Use these instructions to update your subscription plan through the Stripe billing portal.
Log in to your HiFiveStar account.
Select 'Billing Portal', which opens the Stripe billing interface in a new window.
Enter your registered email address when prompted. This is required so we can send a secure access link for your customer login portal.
Open the email in your inbox and click the link to enter the portal.
Once in your subscription dashboard, click 'Update Subscription' once you are in the portal to view the available tier plans.

Choose the subscription tier (Core, Pro, Growth, Business, Enterprise, Unlimited) you want to upgrade or downgrade to from the list.
Click 'Continue' after you select your new plan.
Click 'Confirm' to finalize the changes to your subscription.

Once you confirm your new plan, Stripe processes the change immediately. If you upgrade your tier, you may see a prorated charge for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
For downgrades, the adjusted rate typically applies to your next scheduled invoice.
Troubleshooting and Tips
Check Spam Folders: If the secure link does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folders.
Link Expiration: For security, the login link is only valid for a limited time. If the link expires, return to the billing portal and request a new one.
Verified Email: Ensure you enter the exact email address associated with your HiFiveStar account to receive the portal access link.

Plan Availability and Features
Each subscription tier offers different limits for review requests, automated invites, and active integrations. Before you confirm a change, ensure the new plan meets your business requirements for volume and features. Your existing reviews and account data remain safe during any transition between tiers.
